First things first, damages will need to be assessed. Now, this may mean bringing your surfski in for us to see, but mostly sending us a clear video and photo's by sms or email will do the trick.
If it's repairable we'll contact you with the plan to repair, we'll give you a quote over the phone and provide a realistic time frame for completion which is often subject to our workload.
The rest is fairly smooth sailing from here, once you give us the go ahead, we'll book your surfski in, we can collect for the booking and return on completion or we can leave that part to you, which ever works best.
If it works out that we need to keep your surfski onsite for a few days and you want to get out for a paddle, talk to us about our rental options, we should be able to help you out with a replacement until yours is ready.
